We provide clients with the precise services required.  We understand that this can be achieved by an in-depth understanding of the client’s core business. 
Our methods of information gathering, and analysis are used to formulate tailored corporate and business strategies that are unsurpassed. Our clients find our approach refreshing and certainly unalike from other consulting firms. We do not believe in the “one size fits all” approach.

Unlike some of the large consulting companies, we do not try to ‘force fit’ business processes and business models that may work well in other countries but are totally unsuitable for the South African business environment. Expert service providers will be contracted as and when necessary to deliver on the project according to the quality requirements and to ensure delivery within the required time frames. Such ad hoc service providers would be introduced to the Client by means of a written Business Prospectus and CV’s of the contracted short-term experts for scrutiny by the Client before utilisation commences.

Managing director has over 12 years combined experience in Executive Placements, Recruitment, Resources, Clients, Key accounts and Procurement management. She has a very broad experience in Executive Placements, Recruitment and Human resources industry and has managed IT resources for the department of Education for 5 years.


As an Executive Placement and Recruitment specialist, she secured SAP Consultants, Executive: Corporate Services, Chief Executive Officer, Company Secretary, Executive: Business Planning & Strategy, Executive: Housing Management, Legal Advisers, OD Specialists and other resources for big corporations in the Construction, Petroleum, Social Housing, Mining and Aviation Industries/sectors. Due to her passionate and excellent service delivery, her abilities were soon recognized and she was promoted to the General Manager with participation in the share capital of the organization.  She is a generalist have assisted client on recruiting from Admin level to the CEO level.
